Products
INKIORE offers made-to-order and personalized products. Product colors, images, and appearances may vary slightly depending on your screen and the printing process.
Personalized Products
Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before completing an order, including names, text, colors, and other information entered during checkout.
Once an order has been submitted for production, personalization details cannot be changed.
Orders and Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. INKIORE reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order when necessary.
Returns and Refunds
Because our products are made to order, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted for changes of mind, incorrect personalization, or incorrect produc selection. If your order arrives damaged or contains a confirmed manufacturing or printing error, please contact us at hello@inkiore.com within 4 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue. INKIORE may offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.
